In 1992 the College built up connections with Parklane College and Bradford and Ilkley Community College. EUBC concluded contracts with the above-mentioned colleges for cooperation in harmonizing the curricula and equalizing the diplomas acquired at EUBC with those acquired at the British colleges.

Consortium DEVOS, part of which are the Institute of small and medium-sized enterprises, “EAAS Leonardo da Vinchi” and a group of approved companies, started a procedure for authorization of a higher education within the framework of the Academy in accordance with the Higher education Law.
